Mold around the window and dim lighting created an uninviting atmosphere. The bathroom had persistent odors, potentially from the drainage. There weren't any "do not disturb" signs, leading to cleaners barging in at inappropriate times, including while I was asleep and using the toilet.

the campanile has a beautiful and quiet setting right next to the river. the room was clean and cozy, making our stay quite comfy. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering free drinks after a minor issue outside our room. the breakfast with fresh pastries was a delightful treat!
